FALI Annual Convention: This is the annual convention which is generally held at the end of the Academic Year in April/June in which students from all FALI schools participate and compete in business plan contests and innovation contests. Discussions and Q&A sessions with progressive farmers are also organized. Winning teams are honored for their accomplishment by company leaders. All participating students are awarded the traditional FALI jacket and caps at the convention. 

Seven conventions have been organized so far in 2015,16,17,18, 19, 2022, and the latest on June 1-8, 2023 hosted by JAIN Irrigation at JAIN Hills, Jalgaon. Apart from the competitions and discussions, students also visit and learn from all the JAIN units like fruit processing plants, tissue culture labs, mango UHDP, onion dehydration plant, solar parks etc.
